Multi Pub Music Quiz 2016

An update has been long overdue, so incase you hadn’t seen or heard already the hotly contested music quiz is bigger and better than ever this year, with more pubs, more fun and bigger bragging rights!

But don’t panic if you’re not very good, that’s okay, because it’s all for charity!

This year’s Multi Pub Music Quiz takes place on Thursday the 29th of September at 7pm.

We ask simply that there are no more than 4 in a team, and that you donate £10 per team (which is a mere £2.50 per person!).

This year, the pubs involved are as follows: –
Duke of York (Ipswich)
The Steamboat Tavern (Ipswich)
The Greyhound (Claydon)
Briarbank Brewery (Ipswich)
The Shamrock (Ipswich)
The Mulberry Tree (Ipswich)

Multi-Pub Music Quiz summary!

Well what a FANTASTIC evening we had at the Multi-Pub Music Quiz on the 11th of February!

We have been overwhelmed with the texts, tweets, emails and posts on how much fun everyone had and we are all SO pleased that it was such a success.

If anyone has photos they would like to share with us, please post them to our  Facebook, tweet us on Twitter  or email them to krissy.and.friends@gmail.com. Here is our Gallery so far.

We are well aware of the communication issues of phoning/texting results to Stephen Foster at the end of the evening and the even bigger problem of trying to get the results back to the pubs. Rest assured, we have learnt from this (and a couple of other things) and this part of the event will be sorted by next year. Thanks everyone for your understanding. Again, thanks again to Foz who did a great job.

By 22:00 on the day, the pubs taking part had collectively raised £1,883.60. WOW! is all we can say!  What’s even better is that you guys have blown us away and continued to give, collect and add to your totals. We have collected today £1,366.52, with another £644 still to come. Therefore, YOU RAISED A GRAND TOTAL OF £2,010.52!!!

SO HERE’S THE RESULTS…

All results are up to and including  22:00 hrs on 11 February.
